The CTS Personnel
have years of on the job experience in diverse situations and all
the skills to complete a job with speed and efficency. Jim has worked as an apprentice, journeyman, foreman, general foreman, supervisor, planner, designer, co-ordinator and technologist during his career. Laurence has been involved in the commercial and industrial side of the electrical industry for over 20 years. He has worked on projects in hospitals, oil refineries, pulp mills, power plants, etc. He has also worked independantly and for such contractors as Comstock, Bedard & Gerard, Black & MacDonald, Dawco Electric, F.A. Tucker and several others. |
Jim Dunphy, CET President, Electrical / Instrumentation Technologist and Journeyman Electrician (Inter Provincial Certificate) Jim has compiled over 30 years experience in closely related fields such as Electrical / Instrumentation Construction, Maintenance, Supervision, Planning, Design, Commissioning and Start-up. Allen-Bradley and GE PLC Programming / Troubleshooting have been a part of the varied fields that enrich the knowledge that he brings to the company. |
Cathy Dunphy, Office Manager
Cathy is involved in various phases of office management and has several years of retail experience. She is familiar with such programs as MS Office 2000 and Simply Accounting. |
Laurence Lavers,
Electrical Designer Laurance has a number of years experience in the electrical field. As an Electrical Designer in residential, commercial and industrial applications, his knowledge of estimating, planning, supervision and purchasing are a great asset to CTS. |
Stephen McKinnon, CET
Electrical Engineering Technologist, PLC Specialist Steve has a strong background in Electrical Power and Control Systems Design, PLC Programming, Project Management, Electrical Quantity Surveying, Instrument Calibration, System Troubleshooting, Commissioning and Start-up. Steve has a high proficiency with computers and many computer applications such as AutoCAD, Windows 95, 98, 2000, and ME, MS Office, DOS, Computer based HMI systems, and various PLC and HMI programming software. |
